Tender pieces of beef are stewed in a cast iron frying pan in their own juice, to which tomatoes, sweet paprika, garlic, onions and red adjika are added. Shereuli, a traditional Georgian spice with a rich, spicy taste and aroma, gives the veal a special aroma and flavor.
