Crispy eggplant salad is one of our guests' favorite dishes. The eggplants are deep-fried, mixed with pink tomatoes and cream cheese. The salad is dressed with a mix of sesame and sunflower seeds, sesame oil, which enhances and reveals the bright aroma of fresh mint, cilantro and red basil with the addition of sweet chili sauce.
