Tender low-fat veal is cooked in a cast-iron pan in its own juice, to which tomatoes, sweet paprika, garlic, onions and red adzhika are added. Shereuli, a traditional Georgian spice with a rich pungent taste and aroma, gives veal a special aroma and flavor.
